ABOUT SCHOOL
WHY STUDY UKRAINIAN?
Language, especially that of our Ukrainian ancestry, provides a child with the first step into the enriching world of Ukrainian culture, Ukrainian-Canadian community and the history of Ukraine. Studies have proven that the knowledge of a second language enhances a child’s intelligence and provides them with many advantages in all aspects of their lives. The Ukrainian language may determine future employment opportunities in such fields as translators, journalists, educators and various government positions.
